B1/B2 Tourist Visa Question

My fiance has a multiple entry B1/B2 Tourist Visa to visit the United States. She has already been here 4 months in 2008, and wishes to return in October and stay with me for the holidays. Does anyone know if there is a limit to how long she can stay? Will she still be able to stay the usual 6 months, or will she obtain less because of the amount of time she has already stayed in 2008? I can't remember if there was a limit to how long you can be in the USA in a 1 year duration. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
