Hi. After my happiness about rapidly approved I-130, I started to worry.

I sent my 129 F after we dot NOA1 for 130 -on July, 23. But it was sent by mistake to Chicago lockbox instead of CSC. My 130 got approved on Aug, 12, but as of yesterday (I called to CSC to check)-it was not received yet.

Now when my case (130)is not in NVC yet after a week of approval I am worrying that they could hold my approved 130 until they get and approved my 129F because I indicated that it will be K3 case on my letter for I-130. Is that possible?? What should I do in that situation??

Or you think that 129F does not matter, since they approved my 130 already??

Please share your thoughts!

I don't see an NOA1 date for your I-129F. There's a good chance the I-129F will simply be rejected because the I-130 was approved before I-129F receipt. I'd take this as a good thing.

Hi pushbrk, I hoped that you will chime in on my situation ;-)

The problem is that I still don't have NOA1 for 129F. It was sent before approval of 130, but since it was not originally sent to the correct service center -now it's somewhere between Chicago lockbox and CSC.

But what if it wouldn't been rejected and I will eventually get NOA1 ?

I am simply afraid that my 130 will not be processed at NVC meanwhile

May be i need to take some actions? I-824? Or I am going to be OK?

All indications are the I-130 will go to NVC on its own, since CSC knows nothing about any I-129F.
