October is very slow at VSC and CSC.

Can someone ring an alarm bell to wake up CSC and VSC.

It seems CSC and VSC are waitng for the presidential elections.

There was just one approval for August filers and that was in September.

I am waiting and thinking it is just good to be an illigal and pay no taxes.

My 401K bacame 401$.

Social security is in doledrum

Jobs...layoff anre coming

Stock Market --- I have nothing left there

Can someone bail me out

I can make money again but first

I need approval.......

Good luck folks and good luck to me too.

August CR1 /IR1 filers - just checked online - our file was touched October 31. First change since it was received August 08. I know it doesn't really mean anything but it's nice to see something happen. Anyone else get a touch?

well i agree, any sort of movement is good, and no my file did not get touched.. good luck maybe your file gets to the hands of a happy officer who likes you last name or something like that and decides to just go ahead and approve it.. who know crazier things have happen.

I know I havent been watiing that long, but come on......I'm getting impatient. I know others have waited 12 months plus but this was supposed to pick up the pace when they transferred files to CSC - wasnt that the whole point of it?

These are ridiculous wait times, they should just do them at infopass appointments. Its costing them floor space to have to have these files sitting around for months on end, cut down on floor space and hire ppl!

well today i "celebrate" my 100 day of wait time. i say celebrate because i am trying to be optimistic and see the glass as half full. i guess i already have 100 less days to wait and hopefully this good vibe i am feeling means some approvals for those who are waiting infront of us August filers.. Our time is comming, remain positive!!!!

I guess that's the best way to look at things. Even though approvals seem to be limited lately - you are right, at least we have almost 3 months under our belts. I try to take it in 3 month blocks - going day by day is too hard. Let's hope VSC moves into April and May filers soon. Before we know it we will be counting weeks rather than months. Good luck to all. :)

Hey August CR1 / IR1 filers.

There have been a lot of transfers over the past week from VSC to CSC from March right up to end of May filers. Can we get a little excited.

Maybe our files are moving one box closer to someone's desk?

I'm excited about the transfers, but I tried to look at my petition online today and it wont let me click on the link - I want to think they are doing something - even if the date hasnt changed.

Though I am not an August filer, while a june 16 filer, hope you would not mind joining me here....last touch in 10/09/08. No trace of NOA2. I just called to INS, a guy saying me that I should be getting my NOA2 by 28 Feb 2009..This is ridiculous...I really need something earlier than that....

I am having the same problem. I did read on another thread that Vermont was having computer problems - perhaps the reason for the transfers. I was hoping that the transfers might mean they were clearing out those filers past 6 months and would then move forward with June, July, then August filers. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Guys and Girls please keep your fingers crossed, read Loto's Guide and get your paperwork together. Keep positive and hope that we get anytype of news sooner than later. Any movement in VSC is somewhat of a cause for Hope.

If I was betting on our timeline I would have lost more than my RSP has over the past 3 months. 27 years plus since our first date and still waiting to be together (a long, complicated but eventually happy love story) Another 6 months should be a piece of cake but the time seems to be moving so much more slowly since we started this process. I 'll be happy for any August filers that get approved - as long as I'm not the last.
