So my NOA2 is approved and I was so excited now PANIC is setting in!! I relize I dont know what I need to for Pck3 and Im reading everything I can, and all the copies of the Pck but its not making it better can anyone help with a few questions ?

1. Do my children ages 2 and 8 have to go to Vancouver with me for the interview, as they are on the applications too... I know some places say yes some say no if under the age of 14 but I cant find anything on Vancouver that will tell me.

2. Pck3 wants I-134( Is this what my fiancee fills out or myself) ?

3. OF-167 talks about the applicant of the immigrant visa having personal funds to sufficient to provide support for the applicant and children or a job lined up there.... Im on assistance right now cause I cant find daycare for both my children so that I can work... Are they wanting me to have funds available... I thought I couldn't work no matter what on a K-1 visa and all the fiancial stuff was on my US fiancee side.. Hes a fireman/paramedic and can make more then enough to take care of us or am I just messing this all up?

Oh yeah did I mention Im freaking out... Want to get this right so I dont have to deal with another Winnipeg winter with the kids and now Im worried Im going to be denied.. HELPPP

- Sorry. Can't help with this one but I'm sure someone who knows will be along shortly.

2. Pck3 wants I-134( Is this what my fiancee fills out or myself) ?

- Your fiance fills this out.

- The I-134 addresses this. There is no need for you to provide your own funds.

Try not to worry so much, Stacey. They're not going to deny you. :)

I dunno...I thought so, but I could be wrong about that.

Your fiance will fill this out, it requires a bunch of proof of income stuff. Check out the guides for K1 visas and it gives you everything you need for this. :)

Your fiance fills this out, too. You'll need to fax/mail it to him and he'll have to mail it back with his signature and everything. :)

I agree with krikit...calm down, take a few deep breaths...it will all be ok. :)

I had to email montreal to make sure i didnt have to bring all my kids, it would of been a very expensive bus ride with 4 kids. They told me that the only ones that had to be there were my 14 and 16yr old. But again that was Montreal. i think Its has to do with the prints they cant take them if the kids are under 14, but who knows.
