demand draft for k3 at New Delhi

Hi All,

My interview is on 13 Aug and I have prepared myself except demand draft, which I need to take to the embassy on the date of interview. I want to know the demand draft is to drawn on whose favour?

American Embassy, New Delhi or

US embassy New Delhi

Please help me as soon as possible. Its very urgent as tommorow is my last day of making the draft.

24 April 2007 Applied for K3

31 Jan 2008 Denied by CSC (for not able to provide marriage certificate in time)

25 Feb 2008 Reapplied at VSC for K3 again

17 July 2008 Approval of I129 F (Approval through expedite, I130 is still pending)

22 July 2008 file received at NVC

24 July 2008 File left NVC to New Delhi consulate

28 July 2008 File received at consulate

29 July 2008 Packet 3 received

30 July 2008 Packet 3 submitted to consulate

30 July 2008 Packet 4 received

01 Aug 2008 Medical Appointment and collected reports on 4 Aug, 2008

04 Aug 2008 I130 Approved (17 days after the I129f approval)

13 Aug 2008 Interview !!!!!!!! and Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

19 Aug 2008 Visa received by VFS

18 oct 2008 US Entry

I find the websites of the consulates to be invaluable resources for local procedures and information... With just a few seconds searching with google I found this:

Visa fees are not refundable; rupee bank drafts must be drawn on a nationalized or foreign bank. An applicant can pay any immigrant visa fee in Indian rupees by demand draft at the Embassy or a consulate. The demand draft should be made out to the "U.S. Embassy, New Delhi", "U.S. Consulate General, Chennai", "U.S. Consulate General, Kolkata", or "U.S. Consulate General, Mumbai".

Yes I have also seen this link but after seeing this only the confussion started as in this site it is written as US embassy but the packet 4 which I have received there it is written as American Embassy. I don't want to make any mistake, therefore please who have given interview in New Delhi for K3 please help me.
