Notice from Ankara Consulate

Hey guys,

I'm doing DCF in Ankara, Turkey. THe website for the embassy says that we will be given a reply within 10 business days. Because we submitted all of our documents on the 24th of July and this would be day 10, I sent an email asking about the status of our case:

Dear Madam or Sir,

On July 24th my husband and I sent in our immigrant visa application packet for my husband, Oguz Ertogdu. I was emailing to see if we could learn the status of our case.

Thank you for your time and have a great morning,

Then I got this reply:

Dear Madam,

Your husband’s file is being processed. As soon as we are finished with the processing, we will schedule him a visa appointment and notify by e-mail.

Is this a good thing? It sounds like he will be given an appointment most definitely... or are my hopes up too high? Maybe its an automated message?
