We paid online yesterday, the status has already gone to paid. My husband (USC) is going to print it off today and he will recieve my IV stuff hopefully by Friday. They then should recieve it on monday.

As they assign interview dates in the 2nd week of the month, do you think we will miss the interview assignment this month?

Well :whistle: ....I am afraid that you might be waiting a bit longer :(:unsure: , you see I know of another couple waiting for their interview date from your country and their case was completed on 7/25/08.... They couldn't get it for September because there is a long wait at the Embassy for your country... Sorry :( just giving you a heads up!!! Is is a waiting game!!! But I wish you speedy Interview date!!! I believe the dealine is the 15th of each month...

11.25.08 - POE (JFK then SFO)

11.26.08 - Visa Journey is Over!! TOOK 737 DAYS....Habibi is Home!! :) :)

12.10.08 - Applied for SS Card

12.15.08 - Welcome Letter Received

12.17.08 - SS Card Received

12.26.08 - Green Card Received :)

I've seen the same thing happen for someone else. I guess they have a long line of people waiting for interviews. But keep the faith, you might luck out.

We do have the K3 as a back up plan. I should have the interview date for that in a week or so. So hopefully if the CR-1 is case complete in time then i can use that date. I guess we all hope to luck out!

Well I agree with Nita... we sent our papers on Friday... they received our papers on Monday, so far (wednesday) we haven't hear a single thing... they didn't update the automated response at least to say that they recieved it... but we are hoping everything will be finished soon!!!! My husband already decided to come on the first week of September because it looks like the process it's going to slow down from here....
