Where would a Public Interest Parole as listed under INA§212(d) (C )(11) file his I-485?

Also listed as 274a.12(c )(11) in the I-765.

I want to guess Nebraska Service Center, but this status isn't ecactly refugee or asylum.

http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm you can search and find this status under (c )(11).

This status is also not mentioned in the general instructions of the I-485.

Any advice on where to look this up without calling an attorney would be great.

This is a long shot since very few people on here can answer any question beyond family based immigration.

I have found the communitylawyers website to be most useful for questions like this. Here is the link:

http://community.lawyers.com/

you will need to register (no charge) to post, but you can get an idea what information is posted by reading the messages first. Click on 'messageboard' on left hand side; then click on 'immigration' then click on 'US Immigration' and the forum will open up. There are lawyers who regularly monitor the posts and will respond to the best of their abilities. They also have an free immigration chatroom for 2 hours on Monday afternoons where you can get direct legal feedback from the one or two lawyers who participate. Good luck.
