Hi Donna! I klnow how you feel. Although I am going to see my SO in December, it still feels like eons away. Hang in there okay? You want to drop by the Philippines? I would love to adopt you! LOL

BeTogetherSoon: Oh wow!!! That is wonderful news!!! I wish I could do the same. But, with my SO coming in December and me NOA2 probably arriving in December-January time frame, I am trying not to encourage myself to spend $1800 for a roundtrip ticket and risk the possibility of getting denied entry!

Miss you all guys!

Just remind youself Donna (and everyone else who is waiting to see their SO), that it will all be over in March. I know it's quite easy to say, goodness knows that I think next July is a world away from right now... but when you look at people like Kim and Russ, who had a horrible experience like being denied entry and having to wait a year to see each other again; look at them now! They're reunited and couldn't be happier. Many people have said that you forget the pain once you're together, waiting seems like a blur. :)

HD, congrats on your SO coming to visit you! I know what you mean about taking the chance, I'm really really nervous. But my family don't really celebrate Christmas here, and I'm way happier over there. Plus my ticket was around $680 so I had to book it while I had the chance. 7 weeks today (thought it was yesterday) I'll be making my way to the airport right now.

I would like to add... I am drinking the most amazing tea right now.

Good morning everyone,

Yes, back at work and back on VJ. Thank you all for the kind suggestions yesterday. I think I need to do more research on, what the next step would be after I receive a NOA2. This will help me prepare better, if the NOA2 doesn’t show up before I leave to go and visit Irum.

Enjoy your day today, wherever in the world you are.

Shan.

I'm staring intently at igor's list willing it to do something, it's not working so well though. My prediction that this would be a good week with lots of NOA2's... not such a good prediction. In the future I'm predicting horrible NOA2 approval rates... if I can't get what I want, I'll just settle for being right! Pessimism is a win-win situation!

On the plus side another week is almost done putting us a little closer to a NOA2.
