I requested an expedite and they told me someone will contact me by 5th of august. I still have not received a word from them. Do u think I should call them to find out what is going on? Anyone has an idea where would be th ebest place to contact or give me a number to contact for CSC.

None of the USCIS service centers publish a direct dial telephone number.

thanks for your information, but I think someone who aslo has expedite on their case was able to talk to their case officer? Anyway the good news is that I have a touch on my case today. Yayyyyyyyyyy. fingers crossed someone contact me and then the expedite request gets approved, which I m positive it will.

Never said the USCIS service centers did not have telephones... Just said they do not PUBLISH the direct dial numbers...
