When will this racial ####### end!

Don't know sister, but I can only sit here and wait for the right wingers to show up and say:

"well, if he hadn't been here illegally in the first place he wouldn't have been kicked on the head to death" or the forever popular "Well, those teens were only defending their country"

They will go to jail for what they did. You can rest assured of that. Your comments are way out of line.

While I personally have an issue with illegal immigration (as do many others on this forum), murder is not the answer.

My take on the situation...it's punks being punks. They will get the murder rap with the hate crime added onto the sentence. They won't get the death penalty because it is in Pennsylvania and because there is no proof of premeditation. In other words...they meant to beat him up and ended up killing him. Whether that is fair in your mind is up to you, but that is probably how it will turn out. I'm not sure if all 3 will get the same sentence. I'm not a lawyer, but one of these punks dealt the fatal blow. I'm not sure if they will pin it on all 3.

peejay, she was NOT saying those were HER sentiments...only that those sentiments are of the kind that several here on VJ subscribe to.

Really? My comments are as out of line as those of people clearly fueled by hatred - so I guess we are even. If anyone can read more into it, then so be it. I am in no control of what people make of it.

I agree with you: one of them dealt the fatal blow -- and it is a disgusting act that shows little value for human life, beating someone up to death. And I would not want the death penalty in this or any other case since I think of it as state sanctioned murder.

No one here would logically support this kind of behavior. Especially not from them killing some innocent person trying to make a living.

Now if they had killed a MS13 member then no I would not have any sympathy and would cheer it on.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

When people start regarding others as human beings rather than by race, color, religion, etc.

My God, you really are an idiot. I have the same response to ALL violence. It's called human compassion. You might want to try it.

Look at your previous posts before opening your mouth. They paint a different picture.

Sir, this thread is about Colin J. Walsh, 17, and Brandon J. Piekarsky, 16, killing a Mixican.

No ####..
