Hi, everyone,

My fiancee is studying in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada as foreign student. Thanks for everyone's help.

I know she can interview in Canada instead of going back to China. So, I just want to ask which embassy

/consulate should I filled for the Question 19 on the Form I-129F? Calgary in Alberta or Vancouver in BC?

I know both have the U.S embassy/consulate in there.

Thanks again.

If she has legal status in Canada, she can interview in Canada.. However, they will not release Packet 3 without evidence of her legal status. You may want to include it with the I-129F.

Her interview will be in Vancouver...

What do you mean by legal status? Legal status such as a work visa? My filipina fiancee is in Korea on a work visa but I know she would go to the Seoul consulate for her interview. Many of her friends have done the same thing.
