Cases Transferred from NBC to Service Centers

I was just playing with our timelines trying to figure out stats for Transferred Cases...

Here is what I came up with (hope someone finds it helpful):

2007+2008

Decision made - 70%

Approved w/o interview - 98% (out of those decision has been made on)

Ave approval leadtime - 75 Days

RFE issued by SC - 07%

Cases still pending - 30%

2008

Decision made - 56%

Approved w/o interview - 99%

Ave approval leadtime - 69 Days

RFE issued by SC - 07%

Cases still pending - 44%

January 2008

Decision made - 85%

Approved w/o interview - 96%

Ave approval leadtime - 81 Days

RFE issued by SC - 21%

Cases still pending - 15%

February 2008

Decision made - 80%

Approved w/o interview - 100%

Ave approval leadtime - 75 Days

I went to timelines, filtered on Transferred cases only and downloaded the data into an excel sheet. From there it was a matter of making a pivot table to make a summary.

I was just curious what the actual stats were and thought some of VJers would be interested as well.
