k-3 AOS - ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

had our k-3 aos interview....... did not approve our greencard

said we needed a full medical exam, even though it was submitted with the k-3 visa interview.

it was horrible... i was dizzy upon hearing her ask for it.

seriously, K-3 has been nothing but a big waste of time, energy and money.

I am so sorry to hear that, and have no idea why they would request a new medical. Hopefully you can get to the bottom of this and get that green card very soon. What is done is done, so just look to a bright future together, and try to erase all of those K-3 hoops from your mind. It's very easy to get into the "grass is greener on the other side of the fence" mentality in this visa process, especially with the K-3. I'm speaking from experience, but won't even be paying the AOS bill. I do expect to be filling out the paperwork, though. Hang in there. You are almost there.

sorry to hear that. i guess i will have to get full medical exam done before i go for interview. bad thing is i am not even getting interview. it has been 146 days since i filed aos applicaton. 140 days from NOA1 date.
