Manila Doc. Verification Delbros Process

33 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

Hi, Does anyone know how the Manila document verification process works I know my wife is suppose to text them which she did. But does Delbros contact the Embassy that she paid already, or does the Embassy contact Delbros when to start the Doc verification? This system is so confusing to everyone still it seems  . My wife called the Manila Embassy off and on 2 days now and it is always busy so how can you follow up the Embassy after you fax your DOC Recipt to them or find out if the NSO got anything from delbros to start the Doc verification. sure would be nice if they had info on how all this works on there website either Embassy or Delbros lol. I think since it is still a new system it is still having problems. Any help is very appreciated:-) Some people are waiting 6 weeks I heard just for there docs to be verified.

I guess this is how the system goes:

1. We pay DV through Metrobank.

2. We inform Delbros through text that we have already paid for DV, after many hours of waiting, they will reply that they received the payment.

3. Delbros will inform USEM that we had paid the DV.

4. USEM will send a request to NSO that so and so's documents need to be verified. The requests are sent to NSO every monday.

5. USEM picks up the results of the documents verifed every friday and were sent to USEM.

The problem may occur when:

1. The applicants didnt pay DV in advance.

2. When the applicants didnt inform Delbros that they had paid DV.

3. When Delbros didnt inform USEM that the applicant paid DV already.

4. When there is a delay in sending requests to NSO and delay in picking up the results of DV

Numbers to call:

Delbros: 023392761 loc 104

USEM: 02-3012000 loc 5184 or 5185 look for Grace or Lorraine

I hope USEM can fine tune this document verification process soon! God bless you!

You may also follow up at NSO 02-9267333 look for Richard.

The phone number 011 632 3012000 loc 5184 or 5185, is especially intended for USC's. You, the petitioner, should be the one to call. They are more cordial to UCS's. Sad but true.

I didnt fax my receipt to USEM. After I received confirmation text message from Delbros, I called USEM, talked to Grace. I asked her if I need to fax my DV receipt. She said no need, I would know if there'd be a problem with DV, on my interview. As it is, I was given a white slip for DV. So I guess no matter what you do to assure that DV results will be at USEM by the time of your interview, it doesn't work. The system is full of flaws. But for now, we can't do anything...but wait.

Does anyone know if the Embassy sends the people's names soon as they get from NVC for ther interviews to Delbros?

I hear they only send once a week, so hopefully they send ahead of time so delbros and NSO can do the documentation verification before the interview is done
