I-485, I-131, and I-765 documents

Hi,

When my wife and I mailed her I-485(AOS), I-131(AP), and I-765(EAD) forms, we only mailed my wife's 2 passport-type photos, copy of Passport, copy of K-1 Visa, copy of I-94 (front and back), copy of birth certificate along with English translation, and our certified copy of marriage certificate for all three forms in one envelope. I just learned that you should mail 6 passport-type photos and made copies of each above documents for all 3 forms.

More information about our cases. We mailed our applications in May and got the biometric appointment in June. Our AOS was transferred to CSC and then transferred and now pending at the USCIS office. Our I-131 and I-765 cases were received on May 22, 2008 at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. We did not receive any RFE so far.

Here are my questions?

1.) Is it a big deal if we did not made copies for all 3 forms?

2.) Should we be concerned and does this mean there will be possibility of an RFE in the future for her AOS, AP, or EAD?

3.) Should we be doing anything right now or just wait until USCIS requests more documents from us.

I'd just wait and see what happens. You may be surprised and get a Welcome Notice since your case was transfered to CSC.

Won't need to worry about AP or EAD then.

Wait for any RFE.

The forms cannot share any evidence, they need to be treated as if they were being filed separately.
