We were supposed to submit passport photos of the USC in the AOS package? I thought it was only the non-USC's photos that were needed.

If the USC was also supposed to provide photos, we're going to get an RFE. :(

We were supposed to submit passport photos of the USC in the AOS package? I thought it was only the non-USC's photos that were needed.

If the USC was also supposed to provide photos, we're going to get an RFE. :(

According to the AOS guide:

9. Two passport-type photos (see specification) of the Non US Citizen Spouse. Write the full name on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

10. G-325A (all four pages) filled out, signed and dated

My husband is the only one filling out the G-325A (I'm the USC). You should be fine. :)

AOS Timeline:

7/30/08: Sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

7/31/08: Received by USCIS

8/06/08: Check cashed

8/07/08: Rec'd NOA for I-485 AOS

8/07/08: AOS, EAD, & AP - Touched

8/08/08: Rec'd NOAs for EAD & AP

8/12/08: Rec'd Biometrics appt letter

8/21/08: Biometrics

9/29/08: EAD & AP - approved!!

10/6/08: EAD & AP - received in the mail!

2/06/09: Received interview notice for March 10th!!

3/10/09: Passed interview - husband's GC approved!!! Woohoo!!! :-)

01/2011: File to remove conditions

hi.do i need also I-693A?im on k3 visa im still preparing my papers.thank you.

how do i get I-693A?

From Visajourney Guide:

-> I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. (If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)

The guide link for filing AOS:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

I did mine at the USCIS civil surgeon and my hubby paid 135$ for my TD shot and the sealed envelope.

If you're already done with ur medical examination at ur home country then you only need the TD shot.

Bring your form DS- 3025 – Vaccination Documentation Worksheet and show it to the civil surgeon.

Don't forget to ask about the sealed envelope because you will need that for sending AOS.

Here is the link for USCIS Civil Surgeons Locator:
