I'd use the new address and file a AR-11 address change online

I agree... there should be a corresponding AR-11 with any change in address.

I am in the same situation. About to send package and going to move into a new house in a few weeks. I have been procrastinating sending the package waiting to see if we are in fact buying the house. Shoud I change my I-751 to the new address and file the AR-11 (and additional form for spouse)? Will all of the notices then get sent to the new address? That would help out with a lot of hastle of hoping I get all of the mail from the old address. July 7 was my 30th day of the 90 day window so I have some time to wait - don't want to wait until the very last minute though.

What do you think?
