Can we have 2 different addresses, I864 and I130. My spouse is working in chicago and would be moving permanently in due process. Wud that be a problem.

Thanks

I would advise on having just one address, remember that you have to prove that your relationship is real, having 2 addresses (one belonging to each one of you) won't be a really good idea since now you are husband and wife, hence living in the same address. This would raise a flag, don't you think?? Be careful with that...

I would chose one address just as a precaution. If you do not receive mail from USCIS that is not their problem and they can deny your case. And they will not forward important documents with mail forwarding. (Keep that in mind while your spouse is moving)

As for living apart... it's not a killer for your case. Couples have adjusted while living in separate states (because of work/school) etc. And you already said your spouse will be moving so it should be fine.

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.

Thanks . Your suggestions were a lot of help. Another question. when filing for AOS what evidence do we need to prove our relationship? We recently married like a few days and ready to submit our application. Currently we have photos and our marriage certificate only. Kindly advise.

Thanks

Notarized letters from your relatives certifying your relation is legit, airplane tickets, chat logs, etc anything that can prove your marriage is truthful can be submitted. Love letters, postcards, something that proves that you didn't meet yesterday and got married today. Joint bank statements, junk mail w/the same address, rental agreement or a property deed under both names, etc etc etc. It is better that your submit more than enough than lack on the evidence.

Just keep in mind that the address you give will be the one that will decide which local office you depend on and therefore where the biometrics and the interview will have to be done. So you both have to be ready to plan some travelling to go to the appointments.

But yes just put one address, not only because it will avoid making them suspicious but also because you don't want to confuse USCIS and have them send things here and things there.
