Hello All,

I just found out our AOS case was transferred to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing today. My wife came here with K1 visa. I read through the forum that they give most K1 applicants the greencard without an interview. What are our chance getting the greencard not have to go to the interview? Thanks!!

It is more likely that your wife's greencard will be approved without an interview... Mine got transferred too and after a month, received the approval notice.

I was studying this topic today, viewing people's timelines and researching for hours. You are likely not to have to go through the interview. I would say 95%!

Biometrics notice received- July 14th (notice date- July 9th)

Biometrics Appointment- July 25th

RFE response received by USCIS and case processing resumed- September 12th

Transfer to CSC- September 26th
