That's right. We filed the AOS/EAD last October, and the AOS interview is now, Feb 9. Only that I never received my EAD. Got the biometrics done for it, but no more word.

So... given the AOS interview is a success, the EAD won't be needed anymore? I can work simply with the possession of the Green Card?

If you are approved, you will not need EAD any more.

If there is a delay though, you should be eligible for an Interim EAD, if 90 days since receipt by USCIS have passed.
