04/22 - NVC sent petition to Bucharest

07/20 - interview - APPROVED!

08/13 - flight to RDU

09/18 - Wedding

09/30 - SSN with married name

10/01 - sent in AOS to Charlotte

10/13 - NOA - AOS & EAD

10/20 - Bio

12/02 - received EAD

2005

08/18 - e-filed EAD renewal

10/13 - FP

10/24 - interview letter

11/02 - EAD recieved

12/13 - AOS interview

12/19 - Green Card received

2007

09/14 - I-751 sent to TSC

09/18 - received

10/16 - Check cashed. Transf. to CSC

10/17 - NOA received

12/15 - biometrics

01/25 - permanent Green Card approved

09/16 - N-400 sent to TSC

No one has bothered starting or doing a timeline for citizenship for that specific field office.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

they opened a new office in Durham, so it might be pretty fast! from what i read on another forum some applications take a couple month, some a couple years. it all depends on time slots they have available for interview. Charlottle is way behind from what i hear. i guess we are lucky to be close to Durham ;)

Mar 1, 2004 - 2nd NOA

Mar 8, 2004 - NVC received package

Mar 22, 2004 - NVC sent package to Embassy in Warsaw

Mar 22, 2004 - Embassy stated they received package

Mar 25, 2004 - Embassy mailed Packet 3 (never received it)

Apr 5, 2004 - e-mailed WRW1 checklist (OC-169) back to the embassy

Apr 22, 2004 - Packet 4 received in the mail

May 3, 2004 - Medical Examination in Vilnius

May 10, 2004 - American Visa in passport!!!

May 16, 2004 - Vilnius-Prague-Newark-Raleigh

Jun. 1, 2004 - Applied for SSN

Jun 16, 2004 - Re-submited SSN application (they lost my first one )

Jun 19, 2004 - Received SS card in the mail :)

Jul 10, 2004 - Civil Wedding Ceremony in SD - legally Mrs. now

Aug. 18, 2004 - NOA1 for AOS and EAD

Sep. 1, 2004 - Fingerprinting and Biometrics Appointment

Nov. 1, 2004 - EAD on-line approval

Oct. 31, 2005 - AOS interview - APPROVED!!!!!

Oct. 7, 2007 - mailed I-175 to TSC

Nov.7, 2007 - NOA from CSC

Jan.18, 2008 - biometrics appointment

Jun 25, 2008 - permanent Green Card approved

Aug 18, 2008 - N-400 sent

Aug 22, 2008 - N-400 received by TSC

Aug 26, 2008 - NOA date

Sep 24, 2008 - FP @ 8 am @ Durham office

Jan. 14, 2009 - Interview @ 9 am

Mar.16, 2009 - Oath!!!
