Hi all. Hope everything is going well with everybody. I have a little confusion about my case. I sent my AOS application on June 4th and no NOA1 or nothing received,,yet. As I was looking at other June filers time lines, everybody seems to have more smooth proceedings compare to mine. I made a cashier's check through a bank so it is hard for me to whether it's been cashed or not. I called the USCIS number but they told me I have to wait 30 days for the NOA1. I am just afraid that they might tell me wait for another 90 days for the damn thing again. That would disastrous since I have to work and pay my college tuition for the fall quarter or I will be out of status i guess, since I am a still F-1 student untill they make a decision on my case, right? Little frustrated right now....and still waiting. BTW is there anyone who got student loan after adjusting their status? if so please let me know.. I am in desperate help. Also any ideas on what to do about my case? if so, responses will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
