hello all,

I have looked through the FAQ's section and didn't see this topic. i was wondering if there is any hidden fees at customs that my fiance will have to pay. (When she arrives in LA will she have to pay a port of entry fee anything like that and if so how much is it?)

Also where do we get the I-94 form or should my fiance already have it with her form the packet 4?

Thanks for your help,

Wil

There are no fees to be paid at the POE as far as im aware of. The I-94 for i believe is given out on the plane, or at the airport.

There is no duty assessed by CBP for used personal effects for new immigrants. You can continue to bring used personal effects duty free for up to 10 years after your first entry.
