I am in a process to gather all the paperworks to remove condition.. ( will mail in first week of july ) My 2-years GC will expire in September.

I got married in June 2006.

Here is what I got so far........ (evidence only )

1) Rental/lease agreement Oct 2007 ( we moved out from my mom-in-law place in Nov 2007 )

2)TAX return/ Stimulus Payment notice from IRS

- copy of 2006 tax return ( old address )

- copy of 2007 tax return ( our new address )

- Stimulus payment notice ( our new adress )

3) Joint Account

- Copies of statement/cover letter from 2006 ( showing old address july/august 2006)

- Copies of statement/cover letter from 2007 ( showing old address july/august 2007)

- Copies of statement/cover letter from 2008 ( showing new address may/june 2008 )

- A copy of address change on joint account ( dated Feb 2008 ------ we forgot to inform them earlier!! )

4) Utilities Bills

- Copies of cell phone bills under both name ( 1 copy from 2007/ 1 copy from 2008 )

- A copy of gas bill Dec 2007 (husband name, new address)

- A copy of electric bill Dec 2007 (my name, new address)

5) Health Insurance/401k/IRA/ Other Saving

- Copies of enrollment of health insurance from hubby workplace ( 1 copy from 2006, 1 copy from 2008 )

- 401k/IRA/Other Saving Accounts enrollment showing one of us as beneficiary ( unfortunately we just start this year so it will be the recent copy 2008 )

6) Trips

- Copies of document of our second trip to my home country for religious ceremony Dec 2006-Jan 2007( tickets, passport stamp, 5 random pictures )

- Copies of document of our honeymoon trip June 2007 ( confirmation email, bills under our name, and 5 random pictures - yeah we took our honeymoon a year later!!!)

- A copy of confirm reservation for our next trip this year July 2008 showing both our name for 2 rooms ( its a family trip thats why we books 2 room )

7) Letters from our friends ( 2 letters ? )

8) Few pictures of us going out and stuff and stuff ( Im not sure if I should include this )

I am just worried because

- we dont have kids yet .We are planning to have one in a year or two.... so no proof of children yet!

- Since we just moved in Nov 2007, so there are more evidence of utilities during that span of time. I dont have any bills under my name at the old place.

- The upcoming trip is more like families from both side, so I dont know if that counts....room under my name and hubby name

We dont have any properties together............. !! and the only one truck we have is under my brother in law's name ( my husband agrees to help

his brother out , so we got the truck and will only change the title once it is paid off somewhere next year ) So no proof of owning together.....

I hate this feeling of "not having enough evidence" thing... and has been a lil stressed out this couple of days.

Do I need more evidences?
