Ok my Fiancee is here with me now..YAY!

So I am starting to get things ready for the next step. When he had his medical in Barbados they only gave him his x-ray.. nothing else. Don't we need the vaccine records etc?

Also what exactly is this transcribing that needs to be done? What is it for?

Thanks for your help!

Catherine

You will need to give the civil surgeon the piece of paper and he will basically write it on a new form, seal it in an envelope and give you the sealed envelope to send in :)

If Louis is missing any vaccinations, he can have them anywhere and you need to give the civil surgeon proof of these as well.

Read what I just wrote on this topic on the Yardie thread just a few minutes ago.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
