This form MUST to be printed on one paper, meaning print back to back, in a single page. Enclosed the barcode with this paper. It is easier for the Embassy to find your information as I was told by Consular Officer when I talked to them. Two page is unacceptable because they don't know if the 2nd page is part of the first page, therefore, they need to be in one page. So total pages is 2 pages including the Barcode page. You will find this information on www.immhelp.com

Good luck..

You can print them them again and again and again and you will get different codes every time u do it too. the bar codes contain the infos you entered online but it wont be sent to the embassy. The embassy use the barcodes for easy data entry on their side so be sure to print the corrected form with its corresponding barcode page.

When i had my interview, i submitted my DS forms printed on only one side of each paper...and i had no problems. maybe it depends on the embassy.
