We received the following emails from CRIS:

June 7th: Current Status: Card production ordered.

June 11th: Current Status: Card production ordered.

June 16th: Current Status: Approval notice sent.

I received the following:

June 12th: Welcome Notice

June 12th: I-130 Approved Notice

Why have we not received the Green Card yet? :blink:

Please fil in your timeline it would help to know what stage you're at so that we can offer advice.

If this is the Green Card (and not EAD) you're fine, ignore the random approval emails.

Yes the email notices are normally out of logical order, ours was.

don't worry..I received one of my random approval e-mails for my gc..the day AFTER I had received the card in the mail! its on its way.. congrats!

You are still fine based on the usual time frame to mail out the card, which is 30 days. Beyond this, you can start to call them...

April 07, 2010 - packet delivered and signed

April 12, 2010 - check was cashed

April 13, 2010 - received NOA1 (dated 04/08/10)

May 07, 2010 - Biometrics

May 10, 2010 - Touched

June 23, 2010 - APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW!!!
