My Fiancée is in China, and I am trying to generate a Fiancée Letter of Intent for her to sign.

I see the example listed on VJ is a simple one that doesn't show how my Fiancée and I met. So, I modified it a litle with the below. Is it okay to use?

I, Fiancée NAME, do here by state that I met my Fiancé, NAME, online WEB SITE NAME AND ADDRESS. My Fiancé, NAME, first contacted me on DATE and I responded on DATE. We quickly established email, online chat and phone correspondences over the last 4 months. My Fiancé, NAME, visited me between DATE and DATE in China and proposed to me on DATE.

I, Fiancée NAME, am legally able and willing to marry Fiancé NAME, and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

Thank you.

Sure, that will do nicely.

Which one of you is the US citizen? I'm presuming it's yourself?

I'd amend the letter (for signature by your fiancée) to read as follows:

"I, Fiancée NAME, do here by state that I met my Fiancé, NAME, a citizen of the United States of America, via online WEB SITE NAME AND ADDRESS.

Thank you."

The bold font is merely to highlight the changes.

Thank you all for the quick reply. I will make the change as suggested.
