hi guys,

im back again...

i just have few questionson what answers to put regarding about the forms to fill up for the AOS...your answers are highly appreciated..

for the form I-131

Part 1 INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

3.) Class of Admission-what is this class of admission mean?

Part 2 APPLICATION TYPE (check one)which will i put check?

A) i am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the United States,and i am appyling for a re-entry permit.

D.) i am applying for advanced parole document to allow me to return to the united states after my temporary foreign travel.

Part 3: PROCESSING INFORMATION

1. date of intended departure (mm/dd/yy)

2. Expected length of trip

FOR THE FORM I-765

QUESTION # 12) DATE OF LAST ENTRY INTO THE US (MM/DD/YY) SHOULD I PUT MY ARRIVAL DATE?

QUESTION # 13) PLACE OF LAST ENTRY INTO THE US...SHOULD I PUT MY PORT OF ENTRY OR MY FINAL DESTINATION

QUESTION # 14) MANNER OF LAST ENTRY INTO THE US (VISITOR,STUDENT, ETC.)WHAT WILL I PUT HERE?

QUESTION # 15) CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS (VISITOR,STUDENT, ETC)WHAT WILL I PUT HERE?

01/10/2011- Email from USCIS for the Required Evidence( Finger printing)

01/26/2011-Biometric Schedule

02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen

for form I-131

PART 7: COMPLETE ONLY IF YOUR APPLYING FOR ADVANCE PAROLE

ON A SEPARATE SHEET(S) OF PAPER,PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU QUALIFY FOR AN ADVANCE PAROLE DOCUMENT AND WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WARRANT ISSUANCE OF ADVANCE PAROLE.INCLUDE COPIES OF ANY DOCUMENTS YOU WISH CONSIDERED.(SEE INSTRUCTIONS) what to put here?

and for number 1

1. For how many trips do you intend to use this document? one trip more than one trip

Well why do you want to be able to travel? Is it to visit your family while your AOS is pending? Is it to go on honeymoon? You are the one who knows why you need it.

How many trips? Again, we can't know that for you. If you'd like to use it more than once put more than one trip.

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

07.17.10: Card in the mail :) Done until citizenship
