Hi, my husband and I are on the process of filling out forms for my k3 visa. We are filling out form I-130 and we have a question about question A2 on the first page of the form. Below is the question/part to fill out:

A. Relationship You are the petitioner. Your relative is the beneficiary.

___________________________________________________________________

1. I am filing for this petition for my: x Husband/Wife

2. Are you related by adoption? Yes No

On the sample form, there is no "x" mark under question number 2. Should we skip question A2? Or put "x" mark on "NO?" We want to make sure we fill out the form correctly before submitting the forms to USCIS. Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Are you related by adoption? If no, check no.

I suggest you surf around VJ and check a bit more on what visa you are going for. CRs are much better than K3s at this time.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
