I find it kind of ironic that they would initially make the law to help women that are at risk for abuse, but then they make the law gender neutral in enforcement... doesnt that seem kinda backwards?

Yes it does, but I think maybe they are trying not to "discriminate" against men which is the only reason I can think that it would be gender neutral. Who knows though, that's the only thing I could come up with cause I was wondering the same thing. I agree with JP though I think it is a good law, and hopefully it will help a lot of women in the future. I hope this doesn't affect you icey... I doubt it would. Nighty night.

My NOA1 date is March 10th, it probably will in some kind of inadvertent way... as if processing isnt going to be delayed already for these returned petitions.. those are going to be priority over NOA2...

My NOA2 date is moving forward faster than days can pass... :(

That part about the men...well thats only one part of the law. It also limits how many petitions can be filed as well.

I hope noone gets any big delays:luv:
