Hi all VJ members,

DS-230 and packet intructions were generated on June 7th, I pointed my husband as agent, and he hasn't received yet until today June 15th.

1. Can you help to find a way how to know what NVC request exactly in packet instructions, before receive it from NVC? so then I can prepare it .

2. Can I just download DS-230 form?

after fill it out the form and send all docs direct to NVC or wait until my husband receive mail from NVC?

Hi Sydkym ,

Thanks for your information , basically for civil documents , I already prepared them , only police certificate I have to get next week .

Ds-230 seems ok, I can download and fill it out.

my other question: can I send all of them ( DS-230 part 1 signed & 2 unsigned, marriage cerf , birth certf, police certificate) to NVC before receive original mail from NVC ? or should I wait mail from them ?

you don't have to wait from NVC, your embassy is in the appointment post,

so what you have to do is gather all original or notarized , (the require info) and send it to NVC.
