Congratulations!!

Don't have any advice whether it would be best for you and your husband to live in the Philippines or come over to the US. It all depends on what your plans are for the family that the two of you are building together.

If you do opt to come to the US, I suggest that you pursue the IR1/CR1. When you enter the US with that visa you will get a 10 year green card and will be free to work and to travel overseas. No USCIS worries for 10 years!!

If you go the K3 route you will have to file AOS (and pay $1010) to get a green card.

Congratulations!!

The wording on the I-130 NOA2 will tell you if the petition is going to be held at the records center or forwarded to the NVC.

If the wording states you are in the US to adjust Status then only the K3 will be forwarded to the NVC.
