Hey guys....question....(trying to prepare for setting a wedding date)

The day that my fiance' enters the US is day #1...so do we have 90 days from that point to get married? Or do you get married a bit before so you can file the AOS by the 90 day mark?

Congrats Panterchen I am so happy for you. I emailed my congressman today and my senator so hopefully I will get some news. No news from USCIS yet :( I am really hoping something comes in soon. The suspense is killing and now taking a toll. But im happy for those who got approved I still in hopes that they havent lost my paperwork and that any day now i will get approved.

Krystle& Tiago: I would suggest you marry a little bit before the 90 days are over as it might take a few days to get the marriage certificate which you will need for teh AOS. If you prepare the AOS well before, you should have no problems... This paperwork makes me go nuts...

Skeez: I know. Keep up your hopes. You are probably very very close to getting approved!!!

I'll try and contact NVC at the end of next week. Hopefully, I will have my pack 3 at the end of this month!

Oh and....yes I got the CRIS Email the night after our approval :dancing:

I really hope so my fiancee left yesterday from being here for two weeks and that was tough I cried all night. So I am hoping I get some news so that we can plan for him to come here for good. God must answer my prayers that this will be all over soon. I am getting very depressed and sad every night. So hopefully In the next week I will hear something. Fingers are crossed..

Skeez: I cannot often enough tell you that I know how you feel. I used to cry a lot lately myself. I really hope that your congressman can do something. It seems to me though they can once you have waited way over processing time and are NOT stuck in security checks. But if then your congressman may find that out for you at least.

I am with you out here praying for you and Chadherm!

I sent one copy (two won't hurt) of tax returns, paycheck stubs (send most current), employment letter (notarized) along with original NOA1, NOA2, NVC letter. Also send any bank statements, letter from bank officer cert funds (notarized), investment docs, house mortgage, letter of intent to marry (notarized), proof of support, proof of relationship, any divorce decrees (cert original copy), birth cert (cert original copy). That's off the top of my head someone help me out. What else?

Send as much as possible and make a neat folder to show them you are over prepared. Usually they don't ask to see 90% of it.

Congratulations,

Mike&Gracey
