Thank you for your reply. I just contacted the U.S. embassy and they are useless. Currently it is 7:30pm in Japan and soon after they answered the phone, they told me to call them back tomorrow. Why do they answer the phone then? I told them it's an emergency and they listened to me, and after they did, they told me to call them back. so stupid. It's so cruel if they don't let me in. He is in an accident...

What have you done to prove your case, other than just calling them and explaining your situation? Doctor's notes, letters from your in-laws, marriage certificate, etc?

Timeline

Thank you guys!! I am very happy :D I just showed the officer a doctor's paper, a marriage certificate (to prove the person on a doctor's paper is my husband), and a round ticket. He read the doctor's paper and understood the situation so he let me go. He still kept on telling me about the immigration visa though :o
