How to track DHL from NVC to Embassy ?

Our case left NVC on 6/9.

We track DHL for several different days start from May 23 but find there is nothing to China . Is it still EXP 04 JUN 2008A ?

Does anyone know if NVC pick other Express Except DHL ? Thanks!

NVC only used DHL,

When my case left NVC i cannot track it either, calculate number of days that your case left NVC forexample if your case left june 9 call dos september 9 to get info on your case.

that is what i did. other than that just sit back and wait let guangzhou send u stuffs.

They use DHL. Yes it is EXP XX jun 2008a. You just change the XX for the different dates. You just need to keep checking. When they say thay it left on 6/9, that means that is when it was prepared to ship. The same thing happened with mine. They said it left on 6/6, but did not actually leave until 6/9. So just keep checking. You will not be able to check todays shipments until later today.

You all are talking about sending case to embassy right? If i remember right the letter my husband received from NVC said that they send the docs electronically to USEM. (I thought they are just e mailing them) Also the USEM Colombo confirmed they received the case the next day itself. Pls explain if i have misunderstood.

Yes we are talking for case from NVC to Embassy. But I never heard any elec. email and guess it is fantastic since saves lots of time. Anybody else has any information regarding elec. mail ?

embassy actually received an electronic file, but doesn't have other info to go with the case before they can get their hand on the actual hard copy

don't worry about tracking.....it will never be or also never be shown received. only in customs

expect P-3 6 to 8 weeks....check DOS about 5 weeks to see if mailed

P-4 with interview date 3 to 8 weeks from return of P-3

You can see all kinds of packages from NVC to the Consulate in Guangzhou showing delivered and signed for by "stamp" but you can only guess which package your case was in. Tracking can be fun but won't tell you when your case got inside the Consulate.
