Does anyone know for sure if earned income credit from filing taxes can be used on the affidavit of support?

Also can court ordered child support be used also? This is for the affidavit of support.

Earned income credit, no.

Court ordered child support, yes. Include a copy of the court order.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
