Hi everyone

I'm just worried about that visa process and i want to know everything about it before i file for it.

i saw so many people here on the VJ kept their packet 3 for more than 2 months before they sent it back to the embassy ....

i want to ask you how long i can keep the packet 3 before i send it back to the embassy ?

thank you so much (F)

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

There is an expiration date on the NOA-2. You have until that date which to submit the P3.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Yes, the NOA2 (when they approve the I-129F petition filed in USA) is valid for four months. It was my impression that at the time of the interview, the NOA2 should not be expired. Since it takes the Consulate 2-3 months to schedule an interview after receiving Packet 3, it is a good idea to send in Packet 3 as soon as possible.

Some people have had interviews scheduled late. Usually the Consulates do not mind even if the NOA2 is past expiry. There is also a special request you can make to extend the validity of the NOA2, see the file at the following link: " Request to Extend Approval of I-129F"

This was a big concern for me as well...my fiance just sent out packet 3 on Saturday....our NOA2 expires July 10th. I was under the impression that you had to had your visa by then, not the sending out of packet 3. If it's meant that packet 3 is to be sent within 4 months then no worries for me!! I'm wondering however, if we should get a hold of someone to possibly get our interview sooner because if we need the visa completed by the time the NOA2 expires(in about a month's time!! ) then we better be on it as it's a month away. If anyone knows where I can get info on this, I would greatly appreciate it!
