Happy weekend all,

Here's a problem we're facing. I would really appreciate any input from anyone who has been through this or knows what we should do next:

My wife's AOS (485) interview was Feb 11 and we were not given a decision on that day and were told that we will hear back from them. It all seemed okay...

This morning we got a letter in that says that my wife needs to get her medical done again and come in for another interview with the medical forms (sealed). All this sounds straight forward but....

Handwritten date in the letter itself - April 25, 2008

New interview date - May 30th, 2008

We got the letter in today!! June 7th

The post mark on the letter is June 5th, so it was sent 2 days ago (after the actual interview date !!)

Letter says - unable to attend the interview will result in dismissal of your case....

What should we do now. Her K3 expires in October...help please. Thank you in advance

Sachin

As people have stated previously. Infopass. NOW. Also would be prudent to contact your congressman's office - even better to get an appointment with them.
