affidavit of support employment letter question

hello there guyz.

im just wondering if its ok to send an affidavit of support without an employer letter? i dont have work and my sister is willing to be my co sponsor... the main problem is she gave birth and she will be back on june 20th. so basically shes on disability right now. but she still recived her paystub from her disability. and if she ask for the employment letter it will take 90 days before they can issue it.

please i need help and i dont know what to do..

can i follow up the employer letter regarding this matter?

DS230 generated June 22,2008

DS230 PAID June 24, 2004

DS230 received July 3, 2008

NVC Case Completed July 14, 2008

NVC send the Case Complete to USEM Manila: Aug. 5th 2008

USEM recieved complete case from NVC Aug 8th 2008

paid debros aug 22,2008

Medical Sept 9,10 He passed Thank you God. God is always good.

Interview Date: Sept 29, 2008 at USEM Manila 8:30AM APPROVED!!!

Visa In hand: Oct 2, 2008 yahoo

POE Nov 17, 2008.

Green Card and S.S received Nov 28th, 2008

You provide the evidence that you have.... the types of evidence suggested are that... suggestions... Everyone's situation is different and they may not have all of the suggested items available. Your CO will evaluate based on the totality of the information provided not on what is not provided.

Hey, I went through the I864 and was going to have my father joint sponsor for my husband to come. We filled out the paperwork and then I realized I needed to wait until it was asked for. Anyways... from what I was looking at is you really only HAVE to have the last year's tax information and a lot of the other information is to give extra information for the person processing to consider. If you have questions, it is also a good idea to call the customer service number 800-375-5283. They sometimes can give great information for questions like this.

They received: 9/24/2008

Case Complete: 12/1/2008

Interview: 03/24/2009

Received approved visa (after RFE in interview): 04/21/2009

thank you so much guyz.... i think i will wait for them until they ask for the employment letter... i will send it if they need it... but as i said it will take 3 months before they can issue my sister an employment letter. darn why those people take so long do to it so sad about that.
