You must submitt all copies of all previous marriages and divorces. Photocopies of certified copies is fine. Keep the certified copies and take them with to the interview later.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

I myself have been married previously( more than twice) so when i sent off my documents for my hubby to send to USCIS i submitted copies of Divorce Decree's not the originals ....keep originals for your interview.

As long as you send copies it will be fine all they really need to see is that you were divorced legaly before you married again.

Good Luck

Copies of certified copies of divorce decrees for all divorces are required. I don't know what you mean by "supporting documents".

The originals from which the copies are made must bear the seal of the issuing athority.
