Hello Everyone. Anyone here having problems with their mortgage? What did you do? I'm having problems. My loan recasted. I'm paying more than what I am making. What did you guys do? Any advise? Please help

Recasting like this means either you had an ARM, and your interest rate went up, or you had some kind of arrangment were you were not paying the full payment.

Your options

1. Talk to your lender to see if you can adjust the terms.

2. Refinance, if you can find a lender that will give you better terms.

3. Forclose.

4. Sell your house and hope your break even.
