I have no idea. My husband is not in the United States so I am not sure what purpose an interview would serve. I am worried, excited, nervous and fearful all at the same time. This process is almost as reliable the government itself...

When I've seen this, it's for the petitioner to have an interview. Generally there are doubts about the bona fides. The petition is not yet approved.

yes it's for the petitioner to have an interview, and the interview is not scheduled yet, and i know that The petition is not yet approved, so if the petition approved it means NOA2 approved?

Your next step is to go the to the interview. If I were you, I'd be prepared with significant evidence of your relationship bona fides and your own citizenship status if there could be any question about that.

Although they are referring to this as a "standard interview" it is definitely an exception rather than standard for an immigrant visa case.

see I am not sure if the only question could be about the 'bona fides' of the marriage. I sent in TONS of evidence. Pictures of us through the years, a video that was given to me from the TV station that aired my proposal on National TV, affidavits from my family and friends. I think there is something deeper in this but I don't know what. I think every interview is different. I scheduled an infopass appointment for Monday the 9th. I am bringing every picture I have of us together, everything I have that would show them that we have been together for the 5 years we have been together.

I don't know. I've suggested a couple of possibilities. Perhaps you know what might be amiss in your case, relationship or personal status. If not, you'll probably get a clue at the interview. The reason for this interview is specific to YOUR case.

you know, I just thought of a reason they would request an interview with me, I requested an expedite based on the fact of my husbands living conditions in Mexico and the murder of my sister on Easter this year. They may want evidence to back this up. because they sent me an e-mail in response to the expedite request that said it will be sent to the local office for adjudication. I am just speculating here, but that may be the reason I need to go to an interview.
