I'm LOST!!

My problem is epitomized in the following:

1:: I'm filing for K3 visa.

2:: I've filed my form I-130 and after two weeks I got the Notice of action ( receipt notice [form I-797] ) and now I don't know where to file form I-129f 'cause in USCIS website they're saying that I should file to the Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending and they're saying that I should use the address listed on my most recent receipt notice or transfer notice, but when I looked into the receipt notice [form I-797] I didn't find any addresses!!

3:: People are saying that I whether send it to Vermont or California, but I am not sure where to file exactly, I don't want to file to the wrong address and get my case delayed, rejected or denied!!

4:: my question is How do I know the address of the Service Center where the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending??!

1) What country are you dealing with, compare timelines CR-1 for most takes about the same time as K-3. And consider if your spouse wishes to Drive, Work, and perhaps get SSN, K-3 cannot until having EAD which can take 90 days or more, CR-1 CAN because CR-1 gets green-card upon entry to the USA, K-3 does not.

2) Look on the NOA1 letter it should tell you California or Vermont, then look in form I-129F directions for address.

3) Again look closely at NOA1 letter.

4) Look at NOA1 letter, and then use I-129F directions for address.

Hint: Look at Receipt number, If starts with WAC it is California, if EAC then Vermont.

It should be at the bottom of the NOA1, just to the left of the Bar Code.
