I 864EZ

When I was looking at the filing instructions for the I 864EZ it states that i need to submit my W2 and 1099 forms from my previous years. I have my tax transcripts and today i got my account records from 2007(transcript I hope , it says account record for 2007 but looks different than the previous transcripts i got) On the normal I-864 it sys that transcipts are accepted and that is all that is needed but the I 864EZ does not. I am pretty awful in keeping my tax records and dont have any W2 other than my 2007 and 2006(I think) and thats it, no 1099 at all. SO after i have wasted your time on reading all that useless info, are tax transcipts accepted for the I 864EZ?

OK Im retarded, I see that i missed apage on the instructions, but i guess i have another question, is the "Record of Account" the same thing as a transcript? A i sai before they look different than the transcript i got in December of 2007.

With I-864EZ I sent W-2`s and 1040 for 2006, that was all...was accepted. Dont worry, just send your W-2`s with 1040 for 2007 and you will be fine, 2006 and 2005 are optional.

I dont have the 1040, I only have the W2, I have a "record of account" that was faxed to me yesterday, it has all my tax information that the tax transcipts have, any one have any experience with this? The only difference that i can see is that it has a little bit more information than the tax transcipts have, have they changed the way they send tax transcripts ? Any one had any faxed to them this year?

I guess you ordered" Account Transcripts". They are different than Return Transcripts. , You can call IRS and select the option it which they offer you to choose RETURNS TRANSCRIPTS. It will take 7 days to arrive in the mail. The mailling Adress will be the same you used to file the Tax Return for that particular year.

Thanks for the responses, I did order Tax transcipts and they thought they sent those to me I guess but they didnt(Either way they are still more on top of their game than USCIS) they had sent the record of account, so yesterday I had them send me my tax treturn transcript from 2007. Thanks everyone, I do still wonder if they would accept the Record of account, it is really the same thing only has all information of your account.
