According to my CSC accouht, our application was touched on May 13 then then May 14 after RFE was received. Until now, no action. We filed on Dec 12, 2008. I am so frustrated because I cannot see what's happening to our application. According to VJ timeline, our application was adjudicated on May 26 that I should call CSC 10 days after the date. I called CSC this morning and I've got the same messages and that Customer Service do not have any new information other than what I already know. I am really wondering what's the hold-up. January filers were already getting their NOA2s!!.

Any DEC filers having the same problem? Any one has any idea what's going on? Thanks.

I think they reserve the right to take up to 60 days to process your return RFE. From what I have seen on peoples timeliness it normally takes about 4 weeks. I know it is frustrating but seek comfort in the fact that you are still "normal." You could try calling the RFE line to make sure they have received your reply and that might give your case a nudge but its unlikely. Otherwise I don't really have any advice other than hang in there, your on the home straight now, you know they have everything they need and as soon as they do get back to looking at your case they will be able to breeze through it now you have jumped through all their hoops.

I just called CSC again this afternoon and was told to call back 30 days from May 12 (that's when CSC received our RFE) if I don't hear anything. You are right cos that's about 4 weeks. Y

Yea, I guess the positive thinking is that we are still "normal". Thanks for the support.
