I have stayed away from VJ most of this week and believe or not, it has helped a lot. I logged in today to see if any recent approvals from Vermont but has stayed away much of the week. I advice people to lessen their daily dose of VJ.

I have cut back a bit, but still every morning, I reach for a cigarette and my VJ fix. Have a good weekend everybody.

I cant believe this, its as we have fallen pray to some unbeatable foe. This is awful, look what this beuracratic bullshit is doing to us, we should feel hopeful because somoene might allow us to see someone you decided to share your life. Aside from the topic, I really wish I could meet a guy who handles all the expedites cases and who denies people with cancer and people with newborns, I really would like to meet him.

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

I'd like to meet the person who said, de'hell with the K3/CR-1 petitions, families can wait. Thats the one I like to ask who made him God.

I wish I could just say #### it and move to Russia, this bullshit is puting my wife in so many problems.

Ilya, I wish I could do the same, but Lena wants to move here, at least for now. This would not have been a problem back in Russia...pay the right people and problems are solved.

I don't even know if I'm comfortable posting anymore, that's what Vermont has done to me. Putting my tinfoil hat back on...

This sucks more than anything else has ever sucked before.

Same here Paris and kman. I have been dropping in on VJ less and less, since it is making me exceedingly cranky.

I hope you're right Sarah, but frankly I'll only believe it when we have that NOA2 paper (or both, if - miracle - they indeed are approving both petitions for the K-3) in hand.

First of all, I want to wish everyone waiting for VSC to get their heads out of their @$$e$ the best of luck ... and I hope you all get approved ASAP!

However ... I never thought I'd hear myself say this ... but these days I'm hoping my 129F DOESN'T get touched! lol ...

The reason is that my NVC process with my approved 130 is going along smoothly and I've been shifted to CR-1 mode, which I had not planned on but is actually working out pretty fast! So with all of that going on, I don't want an I-129F coming across the NVC only to be sent to New Delhi before my I-130 makes it there - that could confuse things! I hope my 129F is officially dead until and unless (God Forbid) there's some problem with the CR-1 approval!

NEETU IS HERE!

putting everything in perspective, if i don't get an approval in a week's time, then i'll assume that this was a bad touch like file getting transferred to CSC or file getting dumped altogether cuz they finally realized that i haven i-130. rest assured, i'll be calling them on Monday.

I've been politely on their a$$es since I filed....politely is the keyword here.
