Hi everybody,

After I got in to the U.S via my K1 visa last month, We legally got married and started to apply for Adjustment of Status (AOS), but there is one thing that we are not sure...is the Non-immgrant Visa number.

Does anybody know where I can find this number in my K1 visa?

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Yes! The Non-Immigrant visa number is the red 8 digit number to the bottom right on your K-1 Visa Stamp.

And just in case you may also wonder while you're filing, your Alien Number can be found on the approved I-129F petition. It should be located right above your name where it says "Beneficiary"

Good Luck!

Conditions lifted 10 yr GC in hands since Feb. 2011!

Wow! I was almost going to ask the Alien Number just now.

So, the Alien number will be on the letter from USCIS "I-797" (NOA) right?

If you're going to use your husbands family name, then fill out all the AoS related forms with your new name. Where it asks for other names, or previous names, put your name as it was before your marriage.
