Since after my biometric June 24, 2008 I have no touch for EAD since June 25. Hope soon. But my AOS was already transferred in CSC on july 08, 2008....

i have a friend here in NC also, she filed middle of May, she got her EAD and AP 2 weeks ago but her AOS is not yet transferred to CSC.,..

so probably yah, they will process....

Chicago send the AOS the 30th of july, and yesterday i checked my computer (i did a mistake, i checked my file on my computer not '' checked my mail''- I read :

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The day before when i checked it was written that my case was transferred.

I don't know when they receive it in USCIS-CSC.

Yes, NBC processes your EAD, and your AOS will be sent to local office for interview if you don't get transfered to CSC.

Just keeping you updated on our timeline, our case has been transfered to CSC yesterday 8/7 but I will have to go back and get my fingerprints done again, because apparently the first one I had on 7/11 wasn't good enough for the FBI to process.

So the USCIS sent me a letter asking to please go back to my local office next wednesday to get it done again.

But at least the process is rolling!

i just received a letter from uscis saying the same thing. *sigh* they scheduled me for another biometrics on the 28th but im thinking to just go there on monday. are they open on mondays? i cant wait til the 28th to get this done...

I know it is a pain in the tush!

Do you think they would get your fingerprints done if you just show up there? I'm not sure if they would but you can try calling and see what they can do about it.

I can't wait to get that out of the way.

yep i got transferred to cali july 30. arrived at csc aug. 6 based on my online stat. cant wait til the 28th to get my fingerprints done again. we will try to go to york, pa on monday. i hope they are open. im trying to look for their number so i can call them first but i cant find it. *sigh*
